Brian’s aunt Nancy Kelley is in her seventh year of organizing Backpack Blessings, which is a program at Bruce Schools that helps provide food to at-risk children on weekends. There are currently 77 children in the district that take advantage of this free program. Each week the students are able to receive a package of food that primarily comes from “Feed My People” food bank, but is also supplemented with local produce and other food in order to help families avoid hunger. Our donation will be used to purchase food so the program can keep going strong.

Bob, Sheryl, and Brian Kelley recently presented a check for $5,000 to Nancy Kelley, Kristel Calkins, and Kenzie Lindamans at the Bruce School.
