This donation was chosen by Troop #3055 was a decision by troop members: Aliyah Welch and Lynn Tran. They chose The Royal Family Kids Camp.

Aliyah’s younger brother Noah has a best friend who attended this camp during two summers. The camp is specifically for foster children or children who are now adopted from the foster care system. For one week in the summer, kids are given one of the most special experiences they will ever have. Kids come together with similar backgrounds and so many caring adults come together to give these kids fun, care, therapy, information and many, many wonderful memories. In addition to the week-long camp, there are monthly meetings throughout the year to give the kids added benefits of positive role models and connection.

Mike and See Donze said that our donation will go towards supplies and fees to help keep this camp be the best it can be. The camp hopes to continue to expand so they can reach those kids on the waiting lists and touch more lives.
